Via Online Submission System. To make the submission, an account is necessary.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
REGISTER AS-ISACCE 2027
1. REGISTER AS AUTHOR (Presentation with Publication)
Author(s) who wish to publish their papers must submit their full paper before the submission deadline and complete the registration process after acceptance. All accepted papers are, in principle, required to be presented at the conference (either online or in person). At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
2. REGISTER AS PRESENTER (Presentation Only)
Author(s) who are ONLY interested in attending the conference and making an oral/poster presentation should submit their abstracts before the submission deadline. After careful review by the committees, if the abstract passes the review, the author will be granted the opportunity to present it as an oral or poster presentation.
3. REGISTER AS DELEGATE / LISTENER
Author(s) simply need to complete the Registration Form for Listeners and send it to the conference secretariat by email (xxx) before the registration deadline.

Language & Requirements
▪English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
▪ Full paper‑MS Word (no less than 8 pages) and Full paper‑LaTeX Template (no less than 4 pages) submission is required for publication and presentation.
▪ Paper abstract (200‑400 words) submission is required for presentation only without publication.
Publication Ethics
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
